Contemporary Art Organisations Australia (CAOA) has a new website! http://caoa.com.au/

Established in 1995, Contemporary Art Organisations Australia (CAOA) is a national network of fourteen public, independent, non-collecting contemporary art organisations from all Australian states and territories that advocates for the small-to-medium contemporary visual arts sector in Australia. As a network, CAOA offers a forum for collaboration across the country – for knowledge sharing, peer support, and for the strategic development of ideas within the broader visual arts sector. Individually, CAOA organisations facilitate production, exhibition, and interpretation of work by living artists.

CAOA Members include: 4A Centre for Contemporary Art (NSW), ACE Open (SA), Artspace (NSW), Australian Centre for Contemporary Art (VIC), Australian Centre for Contemporary Photography (NSW), Canberra Contemporary Art Space (ACT), Centre for Contemporary Photography (VIC), Contemporary Art Tasmania (TAS), Gertrude Contemporary (VIC), Institute of Modern Art (QLD), Northern Centre for Contemporary Art (NT), Performance Space (NSW), Perth Institute of Contemporary Arts (WA), and West Space (VIC).
